Beautiful Park Place RV and Boat Storage provides everything you’ll need for storage of your boat or RV.

• On site RV Dump Station - For your convenience use of our RV Dump Station is included in your monthly storage fee.  This will save you an added stop and expense when returning from your trip - when you are tired and just want to get home ASAP.
• Security benefits  -  Fully fenced, motion activated parking lot lighting, security cameras, a keypad code controlled automatic entry/exit gate for easy access, and seclusion and low visibility from highly traveled roads and highways.
• Parking - Our access roads are gently sloped and our lot is paved with recycled asphalt for ease of use.  This is especially important in the winter when traction can become more challenging.  Our parking spots are diagonal with 30 feet wide access roads between spaces.  All of these features make it easy to maneuver in and out.
• We now have covered storage.  We currently have spaces that are 40-40.5' available at a price of $215/month (prepay specials are not available for these spaces).  Stay tuned for additional covered space options as we plan to build additional buildings in the future.

If you are coming from I-25 and HWY 52

1. East on Hwy 52,
2. North or left on Ridgeway Blvd off of HWY 52
3. At 1^st stop sign head east or right on Tipple Parkway.
4. Go one mile on Tipple and turn North or left on County Road 17 and Park Place RV and Boat Storage will be the 1^st drive on the right.

If you are coming from HWY 52 and HWY 85

1. Head West on HWY 52
2. Head North or right on County Road 17 and go up over the hill.
3. At the stop sign for County Road 16(also Tipple Parkway) continue straight and Park Place RV and Boat Storage will be your 1^st drive on the right.
